Getting Started & Compatibility

Compatibility

  • Bluetooth: Windows 8 to 11, macOS 10.12 or later, iPadOS 10 or later,Android 5 or higher.
  • 2.4G USB receiver: Windows only. (On a Mac, using the 2.4G receiver will give you a Windows key layout)

I didn’t receive a USB receiver. Where is it?

The USB is located on the underside of mouse. Please try to move the mouse cover on the rear edge. (Note: the keyboard and mouse are sharing the same USB)

Connection Issues

My keyboard or mouse won’t connect, keeps disconnecting, or isn’t recognized (Bluetooth or 2.4G USB)

①Try to fully charge the mouse/keyboard first(Green charging light means fully charged) ensure it is not in low battery mode;

②Try the corressponding re-pairing steps:

2.4G USB re-pairing steps

For the Keyboard:

Remove the USB receiver and turn on the keyboard, then briefly click the FN+1 (on main key area) keys to select the 2.4G channel, you will see the 2.4G icon occur on the screen; Then, press and hold the FN+1(on main key area) keys simultaneously for 3-5 seconds again, when the 2.4G icon starts flashing rapidly, it means the keyboard is in pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the keyboard close to the USB port. The flashing will stop when the pairing is successful.

For the Mouse:

Remove the USB receiver and turn on the mouse and briefly press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse to choose the 2.4G channel. Then, hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button simultaneously for 5-8 seconds. Release them when you see the corresponding 2.4G channel indicator light flashing quickly, which means the mouse is in pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the mouse close to the USB port. The flashing will stop when the pairing is successful.

BT re-pairing steps

For the Keyboard:

Turn on the keyboard and briefly press the FN+2/3 (on main key area) keys to select the Bluetooth channel, you will see the bluetooth bluetooth icon occur on the screen; then, press and hold the FN+2/3 (on main key area) keys for 5 seconds again until the bluetooth icon light starts flashing rapidly. After that, go to your device's Bluetooth list and find the keyboard to connect it.

For the Mouse:

Turn on the mouse, then briefly press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse to select the Bluetooth channel. When the corresponding channel Bluetooth indicator light starts flashing once or slowly, hold down the channel selection button again for 3-5 seconds. When you see the corresponding indicator light flashing quickly, go to your device's Bluetooth connection list and find the mouse to connect it.

③It is also recommended to try another connection if one of the channel is not working well.

My keyboard/mouse works for a few minutes, then lags or stops responding

①Please try the following steps according to the different connection channel:

For 2.4G USB connection

  • Move the device closer to the USB receiver or computer. Unplug other nearby USB receivers or wireless adapters.
  • Charge fully (green light). Low battery can cause intermittent cutouts.
  • Re‑pair using the steps above.

For Bluetooth connection:

  • If you’re on a Mac/iPad, fully charge your mac device and wait a moment after startup cause the Bluetooth system on Mac or IOS may need a few seconds to initialize fully.
  • Try to forget the previous connection history and connect again to see if this works. If possible, try to forget all other keyboard/mouse connection history on your device

②It is also recommended to fully charge the product again and try another connection channel (2.4G VS Bluetooth) if you are using Windows system.

Charging & Battery

How do I know when it’s fully charged? / The device won’t charge

①Please check the charging indicator instruction for this model first, there should be a red indicator when plugged in for charging

Mouse: Light on between right button and scroll wheel – red blink = low battery, solid red = charging, solid green = full.

Keyboard: There is a battery pattern on the screen which is upside the numpad

Low battery: battery icon on the digital display will show empty and start flashing.

Charging: The battery segments on the digital display will animate upward (cycling from bottom to top), indicating the charge is in progress.

Full Charged: The digital display will show a full, four-bar battery icon that stays illuminated.

②If no red light appears when plugged in, or the light never turns green after 2 hours, try a different USB‑A to USB‑C cable and plug it directly into a computer USB port. Avoid fast‑charge wall adapters; they may not be recognized.

Keyboard/Mouse will not hold a charge/have a short battery life

①It is recommended to try another cable to fully charge the keyboard/mouse via a computer USB port and then see if the indicator will acts as it should.

For keyboard:

When the backlit is off, the abnormal usage time should be around 250 hours

When the backlit is on, the abnormal usage time should be around 60 hours

For mouse, the abnormal usage time should be around 50 hours

Backlit Issue

Supported Backlit Mode

For the Keyboard

The keyboard features 14 different backlight modes. Press the Backlight Adjustment Knob to cycle through the modes, each press switches to the next effect.

①Mode switch: Rainbow Flow(Default)→Single-Color Flow→Single-Color Red→Single-Color Yellow→Single-Color Green→Single-Color Cyan→Single-Color Blue→Single-Color Purple→Single-ColorWhite→Mixed Color →Breathing→Fantasy Color→Running Light→Window.

②Backlit Speed adjustment: Press the Fn + ▲ / ▼ key to adjust the backlight speed: press Fn + ▲ to decrease the speed, and press Fn + ▼ to increase the speed.

For the Mouse

①Enter or exit light toggle mode: The DPI function and mouse RGB light switch button are the same button which is underside of scroll wheel:

In the DPI mode, long press the DPI/light switch button for 5s, and then the light flashes for 3 times to enter the light switch mode. Long press the DPI/light switch button for 5s again, and the light flashes for 3 times to exit the light switch mode and enter the DPI mode again.

②Model Switch: It has 9 light modes in total, each press switches to the next effect:

Light Off →Rainbow Color Change →Red Breathing →Multi-Color Fade-Out Change→Fantasy Mode→Rainbow Steady On→Strobe Mode→Random RGB→Breathing Color Change

The backlight isn’t turning on at all. What should I do?

For keyboard:

①Make sure the keyboard is fully charged (a 4-bar battery icon means 100%).

②Press the FN and SHIFT(right) keys once to turn/on/off backlit. Use the Backlight Adjustment Knob located at the top-right corner of the keyboard. Rotate it clockwise to increase brightness and counter-clockwise to decrease brightness.

③Meanwhile, it is recommended to check if the single FN and SHIFT(right) keys to see if they are separately working or not via this link: keyboardchecker.com

④If it still won’t light up, try connect the keyboard via another channel or device and try the FN+SHIFT(shift) keys and rotate the brightness knob clockwise again.

For mouse:

①Fully charge the mouse via a computer USB port (charging indicator in green)

②Turn on the mouse and long press the DPI/light switch button for 5s to try to turn on the backlit

Only part of the keyboard lights up or the backlight flashes.

①Make sure the keyboard is fully charged.

②If it still won’t working normally, turn the keyboard on, then try to connect it via another channel or device to see if this works

The backlight color won’t change / is stuck on one color

①Make sure the keyboard/mouse is fully charged (a solid green/4-bar battery icon charging light means 100%).

②If it still won’t working normally, please try the following steps:

For the keyboard: Press and hold the Backlit Adjustment Knob for 3s to see if you can changed the backlit mode

For the mouse: Please press and hold the DPI/light switch button for 5s to turn on the backlit mode, and then click the DPI/light switch button again to try to change the backlit color

Key Issues

Some keys don’t work, type on their own, repeat, or have a delay

①Fully charge the keyboard, then re‑pair.

②For a single stuck or unresponsive key, press it firmly and hold for 5–7 seconds. This can re‑seat the internal switch or clear debris.

③If the problem is a specific key typing extra characters (e.g., pressing “P” types “89p:”), try a to connect the keyboard via another channel to see if this works.

The keyboard types the wrong characters / key input is mixed up

①Make sure your computer’s keyboard language/layout is set correctly.

General Operating system settings:

On Windows, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region>Switch the correct language layout.

On macOS, go to System Settings > Keyboard > Input Sources>Add the Correct Language layout(The selected logical layout is listed here.)

For iPad/Iphone: Settings - General - Keyboard - Keyboards - Add the Correct Language layout (Delete all other languages)

For Android Tablet: Settings - Language & Input - Physical Keyboard - Add the Correct Language layout - And it's best to select only language layout for the on-screen keyboard as well.

②If you’re using 2.4G on a Mac, switch to Bluetooth.
