Product FAQ for SEENDA COE64-3 Pro

Connection Issues

My keyboard or mouse won’t connect, keeps disconnecting, or isn’t recognized (Bluetooth or 2.4G USB)

①Charge fully – plug in until the indicator turns solid green (mouse: underside between buttons; keyboard: the flash pattern indicator).

②Pick the right channel and re‑pair:

For 2.4G:

Keyboard: Remove the USB receiver, turn off the keyboard (switch the 2.4G channel before turn off), then hold down the ESC and 3 (in the main key area) keys for 2 seconds simultaneously, turn the keyboard on, see if the 2.4G channel light will flash quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Then quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the keyboard close to the USB location. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.

Mouse: Remove the USB receiver, turn on the mouse, press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse briefly to select the 2.4G channel, then hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button for 5-8 seconds simultaneously. After releasing, observe the corresponding indicator light flashing quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the mouse close to the USB location. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.

For BT:

Keyboard: Turn on the keyboard, press the Bluetooth channel button briefly to select the Bluetooth channel, then hold down the same Bluetooth channel button for 5-8 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly. Finally, find the keyboard in the device's Bluetooth list and connect it.

Mouse: Press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse briefly to select the Bluetooth channel. The corresponding channel indicator light will flash slowly. Hold down the channel selection button for 3-5 seconds again, and observe the corresponding indicator light flashing quickly. Finally, find the mouse in the device's Bluetooth connection list and connect it.

③If you still can’t connect, try the other connection method (Bluetooth vs. 2.4G) to rule out a fault with one radio.

My keyboard/mouse works for a few minutes, then lags or stops responding

①Please try the following steps according to the different connection channel:

For 2.4G USB connection

  • Move the device closer to the USB receiver or computer. Unplug other nearby USB receivers or wireless adapters.
  • Charge fully (green light). Low battery can cause intermittent cutouts.
  • Re‑pair using the steps above.

For Bluetooth connection:

  • If you’re on a Mac/iPad, fully charge your mac device and wait a moment after startup cause the Bluetooth system on Mac or IOS may need a few seconds to initialize fully.
  • Try to forget the previous connection history and connect again to see if this works. If possible, try to forget all other keyboard/mouse connection history on your device

②It is also recommended to fully charge the product again and try another connection channel (2.4G VS Bluetooth) if you are using Windows system.

The keyboard is connected with the iPhone but not typing

First, ensure that the keyboard is successfully connected to your mobile phone, then go to Accessibility > Settings > Full Keyboard Access and enable Full Keyboard Access.

①Please check the charging indicator instruction for this model first, there should be a red indicator when plugged in for charging
