Q: Why can’t the keyboard/mouse show up in my device’s Bluetooth list?
A: 1. System requirements
① Your device's macOS must be 10.12 or newer.
② The computer/phone/tablet should be a 3C product manufactured after 2014 (older Bluetooth chips often lack LE-profile compatibility).
2. If the device qualifies, follow the checklist:
① Charge both the keyboard/mouse and the host device to at least 50 % (replace the battery if the model is battery-powered). Delete any old Bluetooth entries for the product (System Settings → Bluetooth → Forget the keyboard).
② Re-pair the keyboard/mouse:
Turn it OFF → ON; Press the channel key to pick a Bluetooth channel (slow blink); Release the channel key, then long-press the same channel key for 5 s until the LED flashes rapidly—only this rapid-flash state is discoverable; Within 30 s, open the host’s Bluetooth list and click the product name to pair.
Note for iMac users: you need one working mouse already connected to click "Connect" when the keyboard/mouse appears; otherwise you can’t complete the first-time pairing.
(Short video attached shows the exact rapid-flash speed to look for.)
Q: When using the Type-C receiver, I can’t switch to MAC/the keyboard is stuck on the "WIN" layer.
A: Make sure the USB-C plug is fully seated in the Mac’s port (Reference photo attached shows the correct flush insertion.)

Q: Why does the device show "connected" but no keystrokes appear?
A: ① Charge both the keyboard/mouse and the device to at least 50 %; low-battery protection can block input.
② If the product has several channels, be sure the active channel is paired to the machine you are typing on.
③ If the issue remains, please re-pair: Delete the old Bluetooth entry ("Forget"); Power-cycle the keyboard/mouse ; Tap the channel key to pick Bluetooth (slow blink), release, then long-press the same channel key 5 s until the LED flashes rapidly—only in this mode is it discoverable; Click the product name in the Bluetooth list within 30 s.
④ Test on another host (e.g. your phone) and on a different channel to rule out a device-side issue.
Q: Why do the characters printed differ from the keys?
A: ① Check the software keyboard layout (System Settings → Keyboard → Input Sources). The physical key-cap is only correct when "English (US)" is selected; UK, French, etc. will remap letters.
② Wireless: the board auto-switches to Apple layout only in Bluetooth mode.
● If on 2.4 GHz, switch to Bluetooth.
● If already on Bluetooth, Delete and re-pair so the board can re-detect the OS.
③ If on Wired: unplug and replug; the IC re-reads the OS on each insertion.
④ If a key shows several colours of characters, macOS mode outputs the alternate (usually lower-right) characters; Windows mode outputs the primary characters.
Q: After the Mac sleeps, the keyboard/mouse can’t wake it
A: Follow the steps for each connection type:
● 2.4 GHz ① Receiver plugged directly into the Mac, not a hub/dock.② System Settings → Battery → Options… un-tick "Turn off power to USB ports when sleeping" and disable "Optimized battery charging".
● Bluetooth While paired: System Settings → Bluetooth → "Advanced…" ① "Allow Bluetooth devices to wake this computer".
● Wired ① Cable plugged directly into the Mac, not a hub.② System Settings → Battery → Power Adapter ② "Prevent computer from sleeping when the display is off".
