When using the earphones for the first time, take out both earphones and peel off the blue protective film on the inside (covering the charging contacts of both earphones).

Then, place both earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, and connect the charging cable to activate and charge them for about 30 minutes. During charging, the indicator light on the front of the charging case will flash red.

After charging, open the charging case. The earphone indicator lights will flash and a voice prompt will indicate that they are ready to pair. Take out the earphones, find "SEENDA BEE-035" in your device's Bluetooth list, and tap to connect.

Yes, this is normal and not a quality issue. The left earbud is the primary earbud. When the right earbud flashes once, it indicates that the left and right earbuds have successfully paired. As long as the earphones connect and work properly, there is no problem.

1. Check Indicator Light Status

Ensure the indicator light is working properly. The light on the front of the charging case will continuously flash red while charging. Once fully charged, it will remain solid for about 10 seconds and then turn off.

2. Try a Different Charging Cable

Try using another charging cable to check whether the charging function works normally.
