Before you start

  1. 01Turn on your Seenda device.
  2. 02Switch it to 2.4G USB receiver mode.
  3. 03Plug the USB receiver into your computer.
  4. 04Open Chrome, Edge, or another WebHID-ready browser.
  5. 05Visit hub.seenda.com.
  6. 06Click Add New Device and follow the prompts.

My device is not detected. What should I check?
  • Use the 2.4G USB receiver. Bluetooth mode is not supported for configuration.
  • Connect the receiver directly to your computer, then refresh the hub page.
  • Allow the browser device permission prompt when it appears.
  • Try another USB port if the device is still not detected.
Can I configure my device over Bluetooth?
  • No. Control HUB Web requires the 2.4G USB receiver for setup and driver-level configuration.
  • You can continue using Bluetooth for daily work after supported settings are saved to the device.
Which browsers are supported?
  • Chrome and Edge are recommended because the hub relies on browser device access.
  • Mobile browsers and Safari may not support the required device connection flow.
  • Keep the hub tab open while writing settings to the device.
Do I need to install any software?
  • No installation is required for supported devices. Open Control HUB Web and connect through your browser.
  • If your company computer blocks browser device permissions, contact your IT administrator or try a personal computer.
Will my settings stay on the device?
  • Supported settings are written to the device after you save them in Control HUB Web.
  • Do not unplug the USB receiver or close the browser tab while settings are being saved.
