Keyboard FAQ

Common FAQ: Keyboard

Q: How to re-pair the keyboard?

A: Try these universal steps first; if they don’t work, follow the exact procedure in your manual or contact Customer Service.

● 2.4 GHz:
Turn the keyboard off and on again; Unplug the USB receiver; Select the 2.4 GHz channel with the channel key (on multi-mode boards); Long-press ESC and +/= together for 5 s until the 2.4 GHz LED flashes rapidly, then release; Immediately re-insert the USB receiver and hold the keyboard close to it; When the LED stops flashing, pairing is complete.

● Bluetooth:
Turn the keyboard off and on again; On your device, delete/forget the existing Bluetooth entry; Press the channel key to pick the Bluetooth channel (slow blink = selected); Release the key, then long-press the same channel key for 5 s until the LED blinks fast; In your device’s Bluetooth list, click the keyboard name; LED stops flashing = connected.

Q: Keyboard shows "connected" but doesn’t type?

A: ① Fully charge both the keyboard and the host device.
② On multi-mode models, confirm the active channel matches the device you’re using.
③ If the issue remains, please re-pair from scratch using the steps above.

Q: Why does my keyboard lag, drop or double characters?

A: ① Low battery or an unstable link is the usual cause.
② Charge everything (or replace batteries), then re-connect or re-pair.

Q: Numpad not responding?

A: Tap the CLEAR or Num Lock key at the top-left of the numpad.

Q: Keycap fell off?

A: ① We don’t sell single keycaps. If the stem/plunger isn’t broken, align the cap and press firmly until the clips snap in.
② If it broke during normal use, photograph the spot, include your order info, and email customer support.

Q: Lost the USB receiver?

A: Unfortunately spares are rarely available. Check whether your model has Bluetooth and pair via that instead.
