1. Before the parcel is shipped out
Allows to cancel an order within 48 hours before the parcel is shipped out. We will handle with your application within 2 days. The refund will include the purchase price and original shipping.
2. After the parcel is shipped out
You can’t cancel an order after shipping. But you may return items purchased on Seenda Official within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the ordered product, you need to exchange or return the product within 30 days.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions:
- The return and exchange period is 30 days of purchase, overdue requests will not be processed.
- For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SEENDA products.
- If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping costs; if the product is to be returned not because of quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, etc.), you will have to pay the freight costs when sending it back to us. If you want to exchange a product, you will need to apply for a return and place the order again. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
How Do I Make a Return?
If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow these instructions:
1. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate what product you bought and the reason for the return in the email.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging. Send the package to your local post office, and provide the tracking number to us.
3. Once we receive your parcel and check the product, if there is no other notice, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days, the refund will return to your payment account.

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 5-7 working days to process. The refund will be returned to your payment account within 7-15 working days.
Late or missing refund (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received the refund after 15 business days, please directly contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
