On the main page, you can customize the key functions.

If you need to define a macro for a key, follow these steps:

1. Open the macro definition key (click the “M” symbol at the top).
2. Add a new item to the list of macros on the left side and name it according to your needs.
3. After naming the macro, you can record your needs on mouse or keyboard or both the two products:

• Mouse: click “Insert Command” in the lower right corner to select the command you want to execute.
• Keyboard: click "Start Recording", then type your needs on keyboard keys, click "Stop Recording"

4. After editing, click “Save.”
5. Go back to the main key settings interface, customize any key to the set macro definition key, and test it.

2.Follow the steps in the lower left corner: Insert the receiver first, then press the space bar on the keyboard, then select the mouse receiver in the pop-up webpage; then press and hold left/scroll and right button at the same time for 2-3s, when the channel indicator flash quickly, close the mouse to the receiver. It will show successfully on the screem when finish the pair.

2. Open the mouse customization URL and confirm that the DPI button is customized to "DPI cycle"

Note: when the DPI button is reprogrammed in DPI+ and DPI-, it can adjust the DPI level slightly, but not visible enough

First, fully charge the mouse and then re-pair it. It is recommended to unplug other USB receivers or delete the existing Bluetooth connection records and reconnect.

Clean the scroll wheel with alcohol and try using a hairdryer to blow out any debris inside.

Follow the methods below to adjust the settings on your computer:

• For Windows:

Open Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > HID Compatible Mouse > Details > Properties > Hardware ID. The second line in the Value display area is the current scroll wheel registry name. Press the “Win” key and “R” key simultaneously, type “regedit” in the Run dialog box, and navigate to the registry: Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Enum \ HID. Find the corresponding folder based on the scroll wheel registry name obtained earlier. Navigate to Device Parameters > FlipFlopWheel and change the value from “1” to “0.” Restart your computer.

• For Mac:

Try disabling the natural scrolling function to see if it resolves the issue. (To do this: Go to the “Preferences” in the main menu, click on the “Mouse” icon, and uncheck the box next to “Scroll direction: natural.”)

Fully charge the mouse and then press the non-working button firmly for 3-5 seconds to see if it works. If it still doesn't work, try using a different channel or computer.

• Function:

Navigate forward and backward through web pages by clicking the forward and backward buttons.

Perform forward and backward operations when opening file paths.

• Compatibility:

Due to limitations of the Mac system, these two buttons are not compatible with Mac OS and only work properly on Windows systems.
