About Connection

Unable to Connect / Connection Not Working / Intermittent Connection

① Fully charge the mouse and make sure it is turned on. You can press any button to check whether the indicator light is on.

② Follow the re-pairing steps for your connection type, and try switching to a different connection channel to see if it helps.

2.4 GHz Re-pairing

  1. Unplug the USB receiver and turn the mouse on.
  2. Press the channel selector button on the bottom to choose the 2.4 GHz channel.
  3. Press and hold Left-Click + Scroll-Wheel + Right-Click for 5–8 seconds until the bottom laser light flashes rapidly.
  4. Quickly plug the USB receiver back in and keep the mouse close to the receiver. When the flashing stops, pairing is complete.

Bluetooth Re-pairing

  1. Delete the mouse from your computer’s Bluetooth device list.
  2. Turn the mouse off and then on again.
  3. Press the channel switch button to choose the Bluetooth channel.
  4. Press and hold the channel switch button for about 3 seconds until the corresponding channel indicator light flashes rapidly.
  5. Go to your computer’s Bluetooth list, find the mouse, and connect it. When the flashing stops, the connection is successful.

About Charging & Battery Life

Unable to Charge

Try using a different charging cable and check whether the charging indicator light stays on when plugged in.

Note: The charging indicator light is located on the bottom edge of the left side of the mouse. When the battery is low, the mouse may experience delay or lag during use. The indicator light stays red while charging and turns green when fully charged. Charging takes about 2–3 hours.

How many hours can this mouse be used?

The mouse has an 800mAh lithium battery. Its working current is 17mA with backlight on and 5mA with backlight off, so the estimated working time is about 47 hours with backlight on and 160 hours with backlight off.

About Backlight

How to adjust the backlight?

Press and hold the light switch button for 5 seconds to turn the backlight on or off. Short press the button to switch the lighting mode.

About Cursor

Cursor Not Moving / Moving on Its Own / Delay or Lag / Sometimes Not Displaying

Fully charge the mouse, unplug other USB receivers from the computer, and re-pair the mouse. You can also try connecting it to a different computer for testing.

About Mouse Buttons

Loud Button Clicks / Noise / Stuck Buttons

First, clean the gaps between the mouse buttons. Then, press the problematic button firmly for 5–7 seconds and release it to see if the issue is resolved.
