Unable to Connect / Connection Not Working / Intermittent Connection
① Fully charge the mouse and make sure it is turned on. You can press any button to check whether the indicator light is on.
② Follow the re-pairing steps for your connection type, and try switching to a different connection channel to see if it helps.
2.4 GHz Re-pairing
- Unplug the USB receiver and turn the mouse on.
- Press the channel selector button on the bottom to choose the 2.4 GHz channel.
- Press and hold Left-Click + Scroll-Wheel + Right-Click for 5–8 seconds until the bottom laser light flashes rapidly.
- Quickly plug the USB receiver back in and keep the mouse close to the receiver. When the flashing stops, pairing is complete.
Bluetooth Re-pairing
- Delete the mouse from your computer’s Bluetooth device list.
- Turn the mouse off and then on again.
- Press the channel switch button to choose the Bluetooth channel.
- Press and hold the channel switch button for about 3 seconds until the corresponding channel indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Go to your computer’s Bluetooth list, find the mouse, and connect it. When the flashing stops, the connection is successful.
