Speaker Not Charging
Try using a different charging cable to see if the charging indicator light turns on. Please note to turn off the speaker when plugged in for charging or it will have a noise and make effects on charging.
Microphone Not Working
The microphone has an internal replaceable battery. If the microphone is not working, first try using a different charging cable. Alternatively, you can replace the internal battery (rotate the lower part of the microphone). The battery model is Lithium Battery 18650.
SET Button on Microphone Not Working
This button has no actual function. The microphone also has volume up/down buttons for adjusting the microphone volume.
