About Charging

Charging Issues

  1. Check Indicator Light Status  

   Ensure the indicator light is functioning correctly. Does it turn solid blue after charging for a while, indicating a full charge?  

   - The product has only one indicator light located next to the power button.  

     - Charging: The light remains solid red.  

     - Fully Charged: The light turns solid blue.  

     - Power On/Off: The light flashes blue (2.4G mode) or green (Bluetooth mode) when you press the power button, indicating successful power on or off.

  1. Try a Different Charging Cable  

Test with another charging cable to see if it charges normally.

Connection Issues

Intermittent Connection / Bluetooth Not Recognized / How to Re-pair

  1. Fully Charge the Headphones  

   Ensure the headphones are fully charged before attempting to re-pair.

  1. Try the re-pairing Steps:
  • Bluetooth:
  1. Delete the Bluetooth connection record on your device.  
  2. Turn on the headphones by long-pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds.  
  3. Long-press the MFB button (located next to the volume wheel) for 5 seconds to select the Bluetooth channel. The light will turn green.  
  4. Press the MFB button four times quickly to clear the Bluetooth connection record.  
  5. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and reconnect to the headphones.
  • 4G:
  1. Turn on the headphones by long-pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds.  
  2. Long-press the MFB button (located next to the volume wheel) for 5 seconds to select the 2.4G channel. The light will turn blue.  
  3. Turn off the headphones by long-pressing the power button for 6-7 seconds.  
  4. Unplug the USB receiver.  
  5. Long-press the power button until the blue light starts flashing rapidly.  
  6. Insert the USB receiver.

On/off button:

Click once: Answer/Play/Pluse

Hold on(1-2s): Hang UP

Hold on(5s): Turn on

Hold on(7s): Turn off

MFB Button:

Click once: RGB light Turn on/off

Double click: Mute/off mic

Hold on(5s): 2.4G(blue light)/Bluetooth(green light) switch
