About Charging

What to Do If It Won't Charge

①Check the Indicator Light: Confirm if the indicator light status is normal. Usually the indicator light on red when charging and turns off once fully charged.

②Try Another Charging Cable: Please try using a different charging cable to see if it can charge normally.

Note:There's only one indicator light on the product, located next to the power button.

  • When charging, the indicator light stays on in red. After it's fully charged, it turns off.
  • When you press the power button of the headphones, the indicator light will flash in blue for 3 times to indicate that it has been successfully turned on, flash in red for 3 times means turns off.

About Connection

Supported Connection Methods

The headphones support both wired and Bluetooth connections. The wired connection allows you to listen to music even no power, but it doesn't have the call function.

Bluetooth Connection Issues (Intermittent Connection/Not Recognized/How to Re-pair)

Fully charge the headset first; then try the repairing steps:

  • Repairing steps

First, delete the Bluetooth connection record of the headphones on your device. Turn on the headphones and long-press the Volumn+ and Volumn- buttons for three to five seconds. When you see the lights on both sides flashing in red and blue (hearing disconnect and pairing), it means the headphones are in pairing mode. Then, find the headphones in your device's Bluetooth list and connect again. Once sucessfully connected, it will sound "connected" and flash in blue slowly and turns off.

What If the Connection Cable Is Damaged?

The connection cable is a universal 3.5mm AUDIO CABLE. You can try buying another one to see if it works normally. Also, you may try the Bluetooth connection steps.

About Sound/Micro/LED light

How should I do if no sound/one ear is deaf

Confirm the connection channel and try the steps or test with another channel:

  • Wired:

Volumn up the voice on your device first, and try to unplug the cable and fully re-plug in it on another device to see if this works.

  • Bluetooth:

Fully charge the headset and Volumn up the voice on your device first, then delete the previous connection history and connect again.

Microphone not work

Confirm the connection channel and try the steps or test with another channel:

  • Wired:

Please unplug the cable and fully re-plug in it on another device, make sure the MIC (on your device) is turned on, then close to the microphone dot on the cable control to see if this works.

  • Bluetooth:

Fully charge the headset and make sure the MIC (on your device) is turned on, then delete the previous connection history and connect again.

Why the LED not light on:

Please note the LED can only be turned on when connecting through Bluetooth. When the headphones are connected via a wired connection, they function solely as a wired headphones and cannot be turned on to activate the backlight.

So, please ensure the headset is fully charged, and make sure to connect via Bluetooth, and click the LED button to see if this works.

Hold on for 2s: Reject a call/Switch from the headset/Phone during a call

Hold on for 3s: Turn on

Hold on for 3-5s: pairing mode (indicator flash in red&blue)

Hold on for 5s: Turn off

  • Volumn +:

Click once: Volumn +

Hold on (1-2s): Previous Track

  • Volumn -:

Click once: Volumn +

Hold on (1-2s): Next Track

  • LED light:

Click once: Turn on/off the Light

Hold on for 10s: Change the Maximun volumn limited (85dB/94dB)
