How should I do if no sound/one ear is deaf
Volumn up the voice on your device first, and try to unplug the cable and fully re-plug in it on another device to see if this works.
Microphone not work
Please unplug the cable and fully re-plug in it on another device, make sure the MIC (on your device) is turned on, then close to the microphone dot on the cable control to see if this works.
LED light not turned on
Please unplug the cable and fully re-plug in it on another device, then press and hold the LED button for 5s, release it and try again.
