About Charging

Try using a different A-C charging cable and check if the charging indicator light comes on during charging. Ensure you use an A-C charging cable and insert it into the USB port of your computer (the indicator light should come on and charging takes three hours). An A-C charging cable provides more stable charging and will not damage the mouse's charging function.

About Scroll Wheel & Buttons

First, fully charge the mouse and then re-pair it. It is recommended to unplug other USB receivers or delete the existing Bluetooth connection records and reconnect.

Clean the scroll wheel with alcohol and try using a hairdryer to blow out any debris inside.

Follow the methods below to adjust the settings on your computer:

For Windows:

Open Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > HID Compatible Mouse > Details > Properties > Hardware ID. The second line in the Value display area is the current scroll wheel registry name. Press the "Win" key and "R" key simultaneously, type "regedit" in the Run dialog box, and navigate to the registry: Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Enum \ HID. Find the corresponding folder based on the scroll wheel registry name obtained earlier. Navigate to Device Parameters > FlipFlopWheel and change the value from "1" to "0." Restart your computer.

For Mac:

Try disabling the natural scrolling function to see if it resolves the issue. (To do this: Go to the "Preferences" in the main menu, click on the "Mouse" icon, and uncheck the box next to "Scroll direction: natural.")

Fully charge the mouse and then press the non-working button firmly for 3-5 seconds to see if it works. If it still doesn't work, try using a different channel or computer.

Function:

Navigate forward and backward through web pages by clicking the forward and backward buttons.

Perform forward and backward operations when opening file paths.

Compatibility:

Due to limitations of the Mac system, these two buttons are not compatible with Mac OS and only work properly on Windows systems.

About Connection

Fully charge the mouse, then turn it off and on, and follow the re-pairing steps for the respective connection method. You can also try using a different connection channel.

Repairing steps:

2.4G Re-pairing:

Remove the USB receiver. Turn on the mouse, then briefly press the channel selection button on the inside of the mouse to select the 2.4G channel. Press and hold the left button, scroll wheel, and right button simultaneously for 5-8 seconds. Release when the bottom laser light starts flashing quickly, indicating pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the mouse close to the USB port. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.

Bluetooth Re-pairing:

Delete the Bluetooth connection record on your computer. Turn off and then turn on the mouse. Briefly press the channel selection button to choose a Bluetooth channel. Press and hold the channel selection button for about 3 seconds until the corresponding channel indicator light flashes quickly, indicating pairing mode. Then, go to the computer's Bluetooth list and connect to the mouse. The flashing will stop when the connection is successful.
