About Connection (Supports both Bluetooth and 2.4G connection methods)

  1. Fully charge the keyboard/mouse, turn off and turn on the keyboard/mouse and wait for 5s;
  2. Ensure choose the correct channel and try the re-pairing steps:
    • For 2.4G:
      • Keyboard: Remove the USB receiver, turn on the keyboard, press the 2.4G channel button briefly to select the 2.4G channel, then hold down the ESC and +/= keys for 3-5 seconds simultaneously. The 2.4G channel light will flash quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the keyboard close to the USB location. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.
      • Mouse: Remove the USB receiver, turn on the mouse, press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse briefly to select the 2.4G channel, then hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button for 5-8 seconds simultaneously. After releasing, observe the corresponding indicator light flashing quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the mouse close to the USB location. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.
    • For BT:
      • Keyboard: Turn on the keyboard, press the Bluetooth channel button briefly to select the Bluetooth channel, then hold down the Bluetooth channel button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly. Finally, find the keyboard in the device's Bluetooth list and connect it.
      • Mouse: Press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse briefly to select the Bluetooth channel. The corresponding channel indicator light will flash slowly. Hold down the channel selection button for 3-5 seconds again, and observe the corresponding indicator light flashing quickly. Finally, find the mouse in the device's Bluetooth connection list and connect it.

About Compatibility

Bluetooth Connection is Fully Compatible with Windows 7/8/10, MAC, and Android Systems.

2.4G Connection is Only Compatible with Windows Systems

About Usage

First, fully charge the device, then turn on the switch and select the connected Bluetooth or 2.4G channel. If there is no response, press any key to see if the indicator light will flash. If it does, try the re-pairing steps.

Please check the connection channel to ensure that you are using Bluetooth connection: This keyboard will only automatically recognize the system of the connected device when connected via Bluetooth. If connected to a MAC via 2.4G, the keyboard will default to the Windows system layout.

Turn off the switch, fully charge the device, then turn it back on. Try pressing the stuck channel button or another channel button forcefully to see if you can switch channels.

About keys

First, fully charge the device and then try to re-pair it. If only one or a few keys are not working(or always auto-type-in), you can also try pressing the key forcefully for a long time to see if it helps.

Change the battery, then re-pair. If the problem still exists, please contact the customer service email and provide details of the confusing keys as well as the order information.

Note: Please ensure to set the correct keyboard language before using.

Press the stuck key forcefully for 5-7 seconds to see if it helps. Try cleaning the surrounding area to see if there are any foreign objects.

We do not sell individual keycaps. If the key can still be used, please check if there is any physical damage (such as a latch) at the connection. If not, try pressing it back into its original position forcefully.

About USB/Keyboard Cover

The USB is inside the cover on the bottom of the mouse. Please check carefully.

We do not sell individual USB receivers and keyboard cover. It is recommended to continue using the product via Bluetooth connection. If your device does not have Bluetooth functionality, you can purchase a Bluetooth adapter on your own.

About Charging

  1. Confirm the charging indicator status
    • Mouse: There is an indicator light on the top side of the mouse wheel, in the middle of the left and right buttons, the red light blinks for low power, the red light is always on when charging, and the green light is always on when fully charged;
    • Keyboard: There is an indicator on the side of the keyboard switch side, red light flashes on behalf of the low power (channel indicator will also continue to flash), charging is always on red, full of electricity is always on green light
  2. If the charging indicator will not be red light when plugged in, or charging two hours after the green light will not change, it is recommended to replace a A-C charging cable into a computer USB port to try.
