  2. Press and hold the same channel button for 3 seconds until the pairing indicator light flashes quickly, indicating pairing mode.
  3. Finally, locate the keyboard in the Bluetooth connection list of your device and connect to it.

About Keys

Ensure that the physical/hardware keyboard language on your device is set to match the keyboard layout.

Examples for Different Systems in DE language:

  • For Windows Tablets:
Settings > Time & Language > Region & Language > Under Preferred languages, add "German (Germany)" (remove all other languages).
  • For iPad/iPhone:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add "German (Germany)" (remove all other languages).
  • For Android Tablets:
Settings > Language & Input > Physical keyboard > Add "German (Germany)" or "German-QWERTZ" (remove all other languages) - It is also recommended to select "German (Germany)" for the on-screen keyboard.
  • For MAC Users:
Settings - Keyboard - Text input (Input method editing) - Add Language (click the + symbol in the bottom left) > Add German (Germany) - If convenient, remove all other languages.

About Red/Orange/Pink Characters:

Red/orange/pink characters are specifically designed for MAC users. If these colored characters appear alongside white characters on a key, Windows users will only be able to input the white characters, while MAC users will only be able to input the colored characters.

Fully charge the keyboard and then try re-pairing. If the issue is with a single or a few specific keys, press and hold the non-working key for 5-7 seconds to see if it starts working normally.
