Charging & Battery

How do I know when it’s fully charged? / The device won’t charge

For the Mouse: Light on between left button and scroll wheel – red blink = low battery, solid red = charging, solid green = full.

For the Keyboard: Flash pattern indicator which is upside the numpad – red blink = low battery (channel lights also flash), solid red = charging, solid green = full.

If no red light appears when plugged in, or the light never turns green after 3-5 hours, try a different USB‑A to USB‑C cable and plug it directly into a computer USB port. Avoid fast‑charge wall adapters; they may not be recognized.

Keyboard/Mouse will not hold a charge/have a short battery life

①It is recommended to try another cable to fully charge the keyboard/mouse via a computer USB port and then see if the indicator will acts as it should.

For keyboard:

For mouse:

When the backlit is on, the abnormal usage time should be around 20 hours
