Product Not Working/Unable to Connect/Intermittent Connection
- First, try replacing the batteries and confirm that the keyboard can be turned on and has sufficient power (you can judge this by observing if the indicator light comes on when you press any key).
- If it can be turned on, try using a different USB port and follow the re-pairing steps for the respective connection method.
- 4G Re-Pairing Method:
Remove the USB receiver. Turn on the keyboard, then briefly press the 2.4G channel button to select the 2.4G channel. Press and hold the ESC and +/= keys simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. The 2.4G channel light will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the keyboard close to the USB port. The flashing will stop when pairing is successful.
- Bluetooth Re-Pairing Method:
Turn on the keyboard, briefly press the Bluetooth channel button to select the Bluetooth channel, and then press and hold the Bluetooth channel button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly. Then, locate the keyboard in your device’s Bluetooth list and connect to it.
