About Connection
- First, fully charge the keyboard and then turn it off and on again.
- If the keyboard was previously connected, delete the previous connection record and follow the re-pairing steps below:
Re-Pairing Steps:
Briefly press any channel button and observe the indicator light flashing slowly, which indicates that the channel has been selected.
Press and hold the same channel button for 3 seconds until the pairing indicator light flashes quickly, indicating pairing mode.
Finally, locate the keyboard in the Bluetooth connection list of your device and connect to it.
About Keys
Fully charge the keyboard and then try re-pairing. If the issue is with a single or a few specific keys, press and hold the non-working key for 5-7 seconds to see if it starts working normally.
We do not offer individual keycaps for sale. First, check if there is any damage to the keycap clips. If not, try pressing the keycap firmly back into place.
First, clean the gaps between the keys. Then, press and hold the problematic key for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it resolves the issue.
The multi-function keys at the top of the keyboard have different default functions depending on the operating system.

About Charging
Try using a different charging cable and check if the light turns on and off normally.
Note: The charging indicator light is located at the top of the keyboard in the shape of a battery. A red light indicates that the keyboard is charging, and it will turn off when fully charged.
About Touchpad
First, fully charge the keyboard. Then, go to the touchpad settings on your computer and adjust the pointer speed.
