What to Do If the Channel Can't Connect/Connection Is Intermittent
First, fully charge the mouse. Then, turn it on and off. Follow the re-pairing steps for the different connection methods. Also, try another connection channel to see if it works.
Re-pairing Methods :
- 4G Re-pairing:
Remove the USB receiver. Turn on the mouse and briefly press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse to choose the 2.4G channel (indicated by a red light). Then, hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button simultaneously for 5-8 seconds. Release them when you see the bottom laser light flashing quickly, which means the mouse is in pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver and bring the mouse close to the USB port. The flashing will stop when the pairing is successful.
- BT Re-pairing:
Delete the Bluetooth connection record on your computer. Turn the mouse on and off. Briefly press the channel selection button to choose any Bluetooth channel (blue light). Then, hold down the channel selection button for about 3 seconds. When the corresponding channel indicator light starts flashing quickly, it means the mouse is in pairing mode. Go to your computer's Bluetooth list and find the mouse to connect it. The channel indicator light will stop flashing when the connection is successful.
