About Connection

  1. First, try replacing the batteries and confirm that the mouse can be turned on and has sufficient power (you can judge this by observing if the indicator light comes on when you press any button).
  2. If it can be turned on, then try using a different USB port and follow the re-pairing steps for the respective connection method.

Repairing steps:

  • 2.4G Re-pairing Method:
    Remove the USB receiver, turn off the mouse, reinsert the USB receiver, and then turn on the mouse and wait for 3-5 seconds.
  • Bluetooth Re-pairing Method:
    Briefly press the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse to choose the Bluetooth channel. Press and hold the channel selection button for 3-5 seconds until the corresponding indicator light flashes quickly, indicating Bluetooth pairing mode. Then, find the mouse in the device's Bluetooth connection list and connect.

About Cursor

Fully charge the mouse, unplug other USB receivers from the computer, and re-pair the mouse. You can also try connecting it to a different computer for testing.

About Mouse Buttons

First, clean the gaps between the mouse buttons. Then, press the problematic button firmly for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it resolves the issue.
