About Connection

Mouse Not Working / Unable to Connect / Light Flashes and Then Goes Off / TYPE-C Not Connecting

  1. First, fully charge the mouse.
  2. Ensure the USB receiver is fully inserted, and then try using a different USB port on another computer to see if it works.

Note: Make sure you select the corresponding connection channel for the receiver.

About Charging

Unable to Charge

Try using a different charging cable and observe if the charging indicator light stays on when plugged in.

Note: The charging indicator light is located in front of the scroll wheel. When the battery is low, the mouse may experience delay and lag during use. The indicator light will stay red during charging and will turn off when fully charged.

About Mouse Buttons

Mouse Buttons Not Working

Fully charge the mouse, then press and hold the non-working button for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it works. You can also try connecting the mouse to another computer for testing.

About USB

Is There a Separate USB Receiver for Purchase?

Currently, there is no separate USB receiver available for purchase.

About Jiggler

Jiggler Function Not Working / Abnormal

Fully charge the mouse, then turn it off and on, and try connecting it to another device.

Note: Press and hold the scroll wheel button for 3-5 seconds to turn the Jiggler function on or off. A green light on the scroll wheel indicates that Jiggler is enabled, while no light indicates it is disabled.
