Unable to Connect / Connection Not Working / Intermittent Connection
- Replace the batteries and ensure the mouse is turned on (you can check by pressing any button to see if the indicator light is on).
- Follow the re-pairing steps for your connection type and try a different connection channel to see if it helps.
- 4 GHz Re-pairing
Unplug the USB receiver;turn the mouse ON.
Press the channel selector button on the bottom to choose the 2.4 GHz channel.
Press and hold Left-Click + Scroll-Wheel + Right-Click for 5–8 s until the bottom laser light flashes rapidly (pairing mode).
Quickly plug the USB receiver back in and keep the mouse close to the receiver. When the flashing stops, pairing is complete.
- Bluetooth Re-pairing
On your computer, delete the Bluetooth connection record.
Turn the mouse ON and OFF.
Press the channel selector button to choose any Bluetooth channel.
Long-press the channel selector button for about 3 s until the corresponding channel indicator light flashes rapidly (pairing mode).
Go to your computer’s Bluetooth list, find the mouse, and connect. When the flashing stops, the connection is successful.
