About connection

Unable to Connect / Connection Not Working / Intermittent Connection

  1. Replace the batteries and ensure the mouse is turned on (you can check by pressing any button to see if the indicator light is on).
  2. Follow the re-pairing steps for your connection type and try a different connection channel to see if it helps.
  • 4 GHz Re-pairing

Unplug the USB receiver;turn the mouse ON.

Press the channel selector button on the bottom to choose the 2.4 GHz channel.

Press and hold Left-Click + Scroll-Wheel + Right-Click for 5–8 s until the bottom laser light flashes rapidly (pairing mode).

Quickly plug the USB receiver back in and keep the mouse close to the receiver. When the flashing stops, pairing is complete.

  • Bluetooth Re-pairing

On your computer, delete the Bluetooth connection record.

Turn the mouse ON and OFF.

Press the channel selector button to choose any Bluetooth channel.

Long-press the channel selector button for about 3 s until the corresponding channel indicator light flashes rapidly (pairing mode).

Go to your computer’s Bluetooth list, find the mouse, and connect. When the flashing stops, the connection is successful.

About Cursor

Cursor Not Moving / Moving on Its Own / Delayed or Stuttering / Sometimes Not Displaying

Replace the batteries and follow the re-pairing steps according to the connection type.

It is also recommended to try a different connection channel or test the mouse on a different computer to see if the issue persists.

About Mouse Buttons / Scroll Wheel

Loud Button Clicks / Noise / Sticking

Clean the gaps between the mouse buttons.

Press and hold the problematic button for 5–7 s and release to see if it resolves the issue.

How to cleaning the Scroll Wheel / Stuck Scroll Wheel

Wipe the scroll wheel with alcohol.

Use a hairdryer to blow away any debris from the scroll wheel.

Scroll Wheel Not Working / Malfunctioning

Clean the scroll wheel.

Replace the batteries and re-pair the mouse.

Test the mouse on another device to see if the issue persists.
