About Connection

  1. First, try replacing the batteries to avoid using the mouse in a low-power state.
  2. Then, unplug all USB receivers and follow the re-pairing steps.

Re-Pairing Steps:

Insert the USB receiver. Press and hold the scroll wheel and right button for more than 5 seconds. The red light will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode. Bring the mouse close to the USB receiver. When the light flashes slowly, it indicates successful pairing.

About Cursor

Replace the mouse batteries, unplug other USB receivers from the computer, and re-pair the mouse. You can also try connecting it to a different computer for testing.

About Buttons

Replace the mouse batteries, then press and hold the non-working button for 5-7 seconds to see if it works. You can also try connecting the mouse to another device for testing.

About Scroll Wheel

First, clean the gaps between the buttons. Then, press and hold the problematic button for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it resolves the issue.
