Unable to Connect / Connection Not Working / Intermittent Connection
- First, try replacing the batteries to avoid using the mouse in a low-power state.
- Then, unplug all USB receivers and follow the re-pairing steps.
Re-Pairing Steps:
Insert the USB receiver. Press and hold the scroll wheel and right button for more than 5 seconds. The red light will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode. Bring the mouse close to the USB receiver. When the light flashes slowly, it indicates successful pairing.
