On/Off Button

Hold on 3s: Turn on/off (Indicator light on Blue means turned off; Light on Red means turning off; Flash in Red and Blue means in BT pairing mode)

Click Once: Play/Pause/Answer/Hang Up

Hold on 1s: Reject

Double Click: Redial

Volumn UP(Next Track) Button

Click Once: Volumn UP

Hold on 1-2s: Next Track

Volumn Down(Previous Track) Button

Click Once: Volumn Down

Hold on 1-2s: Previous Track

dB Adjustment button

Click Once: ANC On/Off

Hold on 1-2s: 85/94dB (Default 85dB Mode on setup)

About Connection

Supported Connection Methods

The headphones support both wired and Bluetooth connections. The wired connection allows you to listen to music, but it doesn't have the call function.

Bluetooth Connection Issues (Intermittent Connection/Not Recognized/How to Re-pair)

Please try to fully charge the headset via another cable or USB port, the indicator will light on blue when charging and turns off once fully charged (2.5 hours);

Then try to press and hold the on/off button for 3s until the indicator flash in red and blue, then try to open your device's Bluetooth connection and try to find out the headset to connect.

How to connect the headset to 2 devices simultaneously?

Try to connect the headset to the first device first; Then turn off the bluetooth function on your first device, pair the headset with your second device; Turn on the first device's bluetooth to connect again; Now your headset is connected to 2 devices at the same time.
