It is recommended to fully charge the mouse first, then unplug other devices' USB receivers, and try re-pairing the mouse.
Re-Pairing Steps:
Plug the receiver into the computer. After powering on the mouse, press and hold the right and middle buttons for 1 second while bringing the mouse close to the receiver to enter pairing mode. The mouse's backlight will flash blue to indicate pairing mode. When the backlight stays on, it indicates successful pairing.
About Cursor
It is recommended to fully charge the mouse and then try re-pairing. You can also try using a different USB port or computer for testing.
About Buttons
Replace the mouse batteries, then press and hold the non-working button for 5-7 seconds. You can also try connecting the mouse to another device for testing.
About Scroll Wheel
First, clean the gaps between the buttons. Then, press and hold the problematic button for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it resolves the issue.
