Product Not Working/Unable to Connect/Intermittent Connection
1. First, try replacing the batteries and confirm whether the keyboard/mouse can be turned on and whether the battery level is sufficient (you can determine this by pressing any key and observing if the indicator light comes on).
2. If it can be turned on, please ensure that the correct connection channel is selected. The USB-A port corresponds to the Windows system channel, while the USB-C port corresponds to the macOS system channel.
3. If it still doesn't work, try changing the USB port and then follow the re-pairing steps below.
2.4G Re-pairing Method:
- Keyboard:
Remove the USB receiver and turn on the keyboard switch. Hold down the ESC and +/= keys simultaneously for 3 - 5 seconds until the power indicator light starts to flash quickly, indicating that the keyboard has entered pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB receiver while keeping the keyboard close to the USB port. The indicator light will stop flashing when the pairing is successful. - Mouse:
Remove the USB receiver and turn on the mouse switch. Hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button simultaneously for 6 - 8 seconds to enter pairing mode. Within 10 seconds, quickly insert the USB receiver while keeping the mouse close to the USB port. Wait for 3 - 5 seconds and then test whether the connection is successful.
Unable to Switch to MAC Channel
Ensure that the battery is fully charged and that the USB-C receiver is fully inserted into the port.
