About Connection
Try to fully charge the device, insert the USB into a different port, unplug other inserted USB receivers, and then try to re-pair the product. Check if the light will flash normally during re-pairing.
Re-pairing steps:
- Keyboard: Remove the receiver, turn on the keyboard switch, and simultaneously press the ESC and Q keys for about 3-5 seconds. Once the power indicator light starts to flash rapidly, release the keys and quickly insert the USB (within 20 seconds). Place the keyboard close to the USB. The power indicator light will stop flashing when the connection is successful.
- Mouse: Remove the receiver, turn off the mouse switch, and simultaneously press the mouse wheel and right button for about 3 seconds. Then turn on the mouse switch. Note that you should not release the buttons immediately. After turning on the mouse switch, continue to hold the buttons for another 3-5 seconds before releasing. The indicator light between the left and right buttons will flash rapidly to indicate that the mouse has entered pairing mode. Quickly insert the USB (within 20 seconds) and place the mouse close to the USB. The indicator light will stop flashing when the connection is successful.
About Charging
Try using a different charging cable and check if the charging indicator light will come on normally and turn off after the device is fully charged.
Note: A constantly lit power indicator light means the device is charging; a turned-off power indicator light means the device is fully charged; a flashing power indicator light means the battery is low.
This is normal. To save power, the indicator light will only stay on for a few seconds. It will turn off when there is no input. However, it will automatically turn on when the device is in use. If the device can work normally, then there is no problem with the device.
The device has a battery capacity of 280mAh. The keyboard has an output power of 8mAh per hour, and the mouse has an output power of 9mAh per hour. Therefore, after a full charge, the keyboard can last for about 35 hours, and the mouse can last for about 30 hours. This is considered normal.
