About Connection

  1. Replace the batteries and check if the keyboard and mouse can be turned on (you can determine this by pressing any key at random and observing if the indicator light comes on).
  2. If they can be turned on, make sure the USB is fully inserted into the USB port. It is recommended to plug the USB into another port for testing.
  3. If the problem persists, please try the following steps to re-pair the device:
    • Keyboard: Remove the receiver, turn on the keyboard switch, and hold down the ESC and +/= keys for about 3-5 seconds until the power indicator light stays on in red, then release. Bring the keyboard close to the USB port and insert the USB within 20 seconds. The power indicator light will go off when the connection is successful.
    • Mouse: Remove the receiver, turn on the mouse switch, and hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button of the mouse for 5-8 seconds. Release the buttons when the bottom indicator light flashes quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Bring the mouse close to the USB port and insert the USB within 20 seconds. The bottom power indicator light will stop flashing when the connection is successful.

Note: It is not recommended to insert multiple USB receivers at the same time, as this may cause signal interference.

Try inserting the USB into another port and ensure that it is fully inserted.

About keys

First, fully charge the device and then try to re-pair it. If only one or a few keys are not working(or always auto-type-in), you can also try pressing the key forcefully for a long time to see if it helps.

We do not sell individual keycaps. If the key can still be used, please check if there is any physical damage (such as a latch) at the connection. If not, try pressing it back into its original position forcefully.

About the Scroll Wheel

Wipe the scroll wheel with alcohol and then blow off any foreign objects on the wheel with a hairdryer.

First, clean the scroll wheel, try replacing the batteries, and re-pair the mouse. You can also try connecting it to another device for testing.
