What to Do If Cannot Be Connected/Connection Is Intermittent/Not working
- Replace the batteries and check if the keyboard and mouse can be turned on (you can determine this by pressing any key at random and observing if the indicator light comes on).
- If they can be turned on, make sure the USB is fully inserted into the USB port. It is recommended to plug the USB into another port for testing.
- If the problem persists, please try the following steps to re-pair the device:
- Keyboard: Remove the receiver, turn on the keyboard switch, and hold down the ESC and +/= keys for about 3-5 seconds until the power indicator light stays on in red, then release. Bring the keyboard close to the USB port and insert the USB within 20 seconds. The power indicator light will go off when the connection is successful.
- Mouse: Remove the receiver, turn on the mouse switch, and hold down the left button, scroll wheel, and right button of the mouse for 5-8 seconds. Release the buttons when the bottom indicator light flashes quickly, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. Bring the mouse close to the USB port and insert the USB within 20 seconds. The bottom power indicator light will stop flashing when the connection is successful.
Note: It is not recommended to insert multiple USB receivers at the same time, as this may cause signal interference.
