How to Active the voice assistant
When music is not playing, follow these steps to activate the voice assistant:
YJ005: Double-tap the right temple to activate the voice assistant
YJ006/YJ012: Press and hold the button on the lower part of the right temple for approximately 1.5 seconds to activate the voice assistant
The smart music glasses won’t pair with my mobile phone?
Please try to fully charge the glasses and your phone first;
Then Open your Phone's Bluetooth and open the searching function, meanwhile, reset the glasses to make it enter pairing mode;
Try to reconnect it.
The smart music glasses won’t turn on?
Please check the battery level of the smart music glasses; it is recommended to use the cable to fully charge the glasses via a USB port and try to turn it on again.
Can the battery in the smart music glasses be replaced?
No, this product uses a non-removable lithium-polymer battery.
The smart music glasses disconnect from the mobile phone within 10 metres?
As Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is sensitive to objects between the smart music glasses and the connected device. Please check whether there are any metal objects or other items within the connection range that may be interfering with the connection.
No sound is heard after connecting the smart music glasses to a computer or mobile phone?
Please check whether the computer’s audio output is set to the Bluetooth audio device and whether the computer’s Bluetooth supports the A2DP protocol. Also, check the volume on your computer or mobile phone.
Once the smart music glasses are connected to a mobile phone, can I use them to control apps on the phone?
Software settings may vary between devices; certain app functions may not support control via the smart music glasses.
