About Indicator& Model Switching

Below the Delete, Insert, PrtScr SysRq, and Scroll Lock keys in the upper-right corner of the keyboard, there are three indicator lights. From left to right, the meaning of each light is as follows:

• Light 1 = Charging/Battery indicator + Bluetooth Channel 1 light: Flashing red indicates low battery; solid green indicates charging; solid red indicates fully charged; blue indicates Bluetooth Channel 1.

• Light 2 = Caps Lock light + Bluetooth Channel 2 light: Solid red indicates Caps Lock is on; blue indicates the keyboard is on Bluetooth Channel 2.

• Light 3 = 2.4G/Wired channel light + Bluetooth Channel 3 light: Green indicates the keyboard is in 2.4G or wired mode; blue indicates the keyboard is on Bluetooth Channel 3.

Note: A slowly flashing blue light indicates that no device is currently connected on that channel; a quickly flashing blue light indicates that the corresponding channel is in pairing mode. When Light 3 is green, you can ensure the keyboard's USB or charging cable is connected to the computer port and then use key combinations to switch manually.

Connection Issues

What to Do If 2.4G or BT can not be connected/ 2.4G or BT Connection intermittent/Bluetooth Is Not Recognized

① Please make sure the keyboard is fully charged and that the correct connection channel is selected. For Bluetooth, press FN+Z/X/C to switch channel. For 2.4G mode, you need to plug in the USB receiver, press FN+V to switch to 2.4G mode, and disconnect the charging cable.

② Follow the re-pairing steps below according to the channel you have selected:

For 2.4G Channel:Turn on the keyboard and make sure the USB receiver is not plugged into the computer. Press FN+V to switch to 2.4G mode (Light 3 turns green). Then long-press ESC+K for about 3–5 seconds, until Light 3 flashes green quickly (about 3 flashes per second), indicating that it has entered 2.4G pairing mode. Then quickly plug in the receiver and move the keyboard as close to the port as possible. When the green 2.4G pairing light stops flashing slowly, it means the keyboard has completed re-pairing.

For BT Channel:If you have previously connected this keyboard via Bluetooth, please first delete the keyboard's connection record from your device. Then press FN+Z/X/C to select any one of the Bluetooth channels. After you see the corresponding channel indicator light turn blue and flash slowly (about once every 1–2 seconds), long-press the corresponding channel key among FN+Z/X/C again until the corresponding light flashes blue quickly (about 3 flashes per second), indicating that Bluetooth pairing mode has been successfully entered. At this point, you can open your device's Bluetooth list, search for nearby Bluetooth devices, and click to connect. After a successful connection, the corresponding pairing indicator light will stop flashing.

③ If the problem persists, please try connecting the keyboard using another mode to see whether it works properly.

What to Do if the Wired connection not connect well?

Please ensure you have plugged the keyboard into your computer USB port instead of another wall adapter, and press FN+ B to switched to the wired mode, the Indicator 3 will light on Green.

It is also recommended to the previous wired cable which comes with the keyboard. If the issue remains, please test another A-C cable and test in another computer USB port and see if this works.

Charging Guide
