About Connection

What to Do If can not be connected / Connection intermittent/Bluetooth Is Not Recognized

  1. Try the re-pairing steps first
  • Keyboard re-pairing steps:

Short press any channel button and observe the indicator light blinking slowly.

Press and hold the same channel button again for 3-5 seconds until the pairing indicator blinks rapidly.

Finally, find the keyboard in the Bluetooth connection list of the device and connect it.

  • Mouse re-pairing steps:

Press the channel select button at the bottom of the mouse to select any channel. The channel indicator light will blink slowly.

Press and hold the channel selection button again for about 3 seconds until the corresponding indicator light blinks rapidly.

Finally, find the mouse in the Bluetooth connection list of your device and connect it.

  1. If the problem persists, please try the following methods:

Fully charge the keyboard/mouse first

Delete the keyboard/mouse Bluetooth from the device Bluetooth list, restart and fix it.

Try to connect the keyboard/mouse to another device to check if the problem still exists.

Note: This product generally supports 3C products from 2013 onwards, especially MAC and iPad devices. The Bluetooth program may not be fully operational when the computer first starts up, so please wait for a while.

This keyboard is specifically designed for MAC users and is fully compatible only with MAC and iOS systems.

About Keys

Number Pad Not Working

  1. Fully charge the device, turn on the keyboard and press the Clear key to see if it works.
  2. You can also try connecting it to another iPad device.

Note: The Clear key exits the text input state. Pressing it again clears the selected text document.

Some Keys Not Working/Automatic Key Input/Keys Typing Delay

  1. First, fully charge the device and then try to re-pair it.
  2. If only one or a few keys are not working(or always auto-type-in), you can also try pressing the key forcefully for a long time to see if it helps.

Key Input Confusion

First fully charged, and then re-pairing, if the problem still exists, please contact customer service e-mail, and inform the details of the confusing keys and order information.

Note: For Mac system, you need to select the correct keyboard type, as follows: Settings-Keyboard-Change Keyboard Type-Set Keyboard Assistant in order (the key computer displays the operation of pressing the corresponding key)-Select the keyboard type. If it is the European UK/DE/IT/ES/FR language need to choose ISO (international) ISO/9995 standard keyboard; if it is the US language choose ANSI (United States) If it is the JP language choose JIS (Japan) with Japanese input mode keyboard Japanese standard keyboard

Keycap Falling Off

We do not provide individual keycaps for sale.

If the key can still be used, please check if there is any physical damage (such as a latch) at the connection. If not, try to press it back into its original position forcefully.

About Usage

What to Do If the Keyboard/Mouse Is Not Working

First, fully charge the device, then turn on the switch and select the connected Bluetooth or 2.4G channel. If there is no response, press any key to see if the indicator light will flash. If it does, try the re-pairing steps.

What to Do If You Don't Receive a USB

This product is a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse set and does not come with a USB. You can directly follow the Bluetooth re-pairing steps to connect it.

What to Do If It Gets Stuck on a Channel

Turn off the switch, fully charge the device, then turn it back on. Try pressing the stuck channel button or another channel button forcefully to see if you can switch channels.

About Charging

How to Confirm That It Is Fully Charged/Cannot Be Charged

  1. Confirm the charging indicator status
    • Mouse: There is an indicator light on the top side of the mouse wheel, in the middle of the left and right buttons, the red light blinks for low power, the red light is always on when charging, and the green light is always on when fully charged;
    • Keyboard: There is an indicator on the side of the keyboard switch side, red light flashes on behalf of the low power (channel indicator will also continue to flash), charging is always on red, full of electricity is always on green light
  2. If the charging indicator will not be red light when plugged in, or charging two hours after the green light will not change, it is recommended to replace a A-C charging cable into a computer USB port to try.
