It is valid exclusively for products purchased new and in their original packaging ("SEENDA Products"). This policy is designed to assure our customers of the quality and reliability of SEENDA Products.

Extended Warranty for Third-Party Platform Purchases:

For purchases made through third-party platforms like Walmart, SEENDA extends the brand-level warranty beyond the platform's own warranty period, conforming to the terms described here. For warranty support beyond third-party platform terms, please contact SEENDA directly.

For the purpose of this warranty, 'Defects' are defined as significant imperfections in material or workmanship that impair the user's ability to use the product as intended. SEENDA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Warranty Coverage

For all product categories, SEENDA offers a 2-year warranty policy from the date of delivery (Original order).

Warranty Service

Should you discover a defect in any SEENDA Product, we request that you submit a warranty claim using the 'leave a message' form on the Contact Us page of SEENDA's website or directly email to support@seenda.com, accompanied by photographic or video evidence, to expedite the resolution process. Our team aims to process completed claims within 1-3 business days.

 

In the event a replacement is necessary, we endeavor to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days, primarily through standard ground shipping services.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time, such as dents, scratches, and fading.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or natural disasters.
  • Issues related to assembly or disassembly not following SEENDA instructions.
  • Variations in natural material finishes or damage from environmental conditions.
  • Claims for Damaged Products Upon Arrival
  • We advise inspecting your product upon arrival. Any damage or loss must be reported to SEENDA within one week of delivery to be eligible for a claim. Late reports may not be accepted.
