Touchpad Not Working/Delay/Intermittent Connection/Malfunctioning
- Confirm System Compatibility:
Ensure that the system is compatible with the touchpad and that the touchpad function is enabled on the device.
- Check the Connection:
Use the included data cable and fully insert it into the USB port. When connected properly, a light in the upper-left corner should turn on. If the included charging cable does not light up, try testing with another A-C cable.
- Restart or Test on Another Device:
If the light is on but the touchpad is still malfunctioning, restart the computer while keeping the cable inserted. Alternatively, connect the touchpad to another compatible computer to see if the issue persists.
Abnormal Touchpad Gestures
- Verify Gesture Support:
Confirm whether the gesture is supported and whether the computer's system is compatible.
- Restart or Test on Another Device:
Restart the computer while keeping the cable inserted, or connect the touchpad to another compatible computer to see if the issue remains.
Customizable Gestures
The touchpad only supports customization of three- and four-finger gestures on Windows System.

Please try the following steps on different system:
- Windows:
- Open Device Manager: Right-click on “This PC” or “My Computer,” select “Manage,” and then choose “Device Manager” from the left menu.
- Locate the touchpad device: In Device Manager, find the “Mice and other pointing devices” or “Human Interface Devices” category, expand it, and locate your touchpad device.
- Access properties settings: Right-click on the touchpad device and select “Properties.” In the properties window, switch to the “Driver” or “Advanced” tab.
- Adjust sensitivity settings: In the “Advanced” tab, you may find options such as “Touchpad Settings” or “Pointer Speed.” Adjust the sensitivity using sliders or drop-down menus. If these options are not available, you may need to install or update the touchpad driver.
- Mac:
- Open System Preferences: Click on the Apple menu (the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen) and select “System Preferences.”
- Access touchpad settings: In System Preferences, click on the “Trackpad” icon.
- Adjust tracking speed: In the Trackpad settings window, find the “Tracking Speed” option and adjust the sensitivity by dragging the slider. Moving the slider to the right increases sensitivity, while moving it to the left decreases sensitivity.
Cursor Delay/Lag/Moving on Its Own
Restart the computer while keeping the data cable inserted. Ensure the cable is fully inserted and try connecting it directly to the device instead of using a docking station. Additionally, remove other USB devices for testing.
